SimplePacks and Blister Cards for better adherence

Depending on the practices of your organization, Grane Rx offers both Blister Cards and our pouch-style solution, SimplePacks, to accommodate every need.

Blister cards are available in 28-day cycles for individuals where medication changes may be anticipated; for those with residents who may be more independent or on an established regimen, our SimplePack solution safely groups medications by time of administration.

For both options, Grane Rx uses automated technology to verify and fill medications in their respective packaging, always labeled with clear instructions and complimentary visuals to ensure improved health literacy and overall smoother med pass.

Medication Adherence Management System

Accuracy and safety are essential to resident and participant care.

At Grane Rx we utilize enhanced security measures to increase accuracy levels over manual processing environments. Our automated technologies coupled with our expert clinicians provide an added layer of protection for residents and participants and peace of mind for the organizations serving them.

Preferred Medication Program

The Grane Rx Preferred Medication Program helps organizations strike a balance between resident outcomes and containing costs when it comes to medication management. With each organization it partners with, Grane Rx implements a customized, clinically appropriate preferred medication program to minimize medication costs.
